The FUEL conference collected innovators from every possible angle into one room to look at one another as the assets of a city, and of the world. It posed the question: how can we reconfigure these assets to an ultimately greater effect.
While working with Cause+Affect and THNK, The School of Creative Leadership, I assisted in the generation and production of FUEL Vancouver. In this role, I produced budget reports, production schedules and considerable research into global trends, best practices and potential speakers. As the Project Manager I was responsible for establishing FUEL in the online community, designing communications, launching the crowd funding ticketing platform, curating potential speakers and sponsors, organizing the budget and helping create the program for the 2 day event.
